Creating your customized pet carpet involves several steps to ensure it’s perfect and made with the highest quality. Here’s a breakdown of the process: Initial Figure Design (3-5 days): After you upload your pet’s photo, our artists will hand-draw a custom cartoon figure. This design will be sent to you for approval within 3 to 5 days. Manufacturing Process (3-5 days): Once you approve the design, we’ll start the manufacturing process. It takes approximately 3 to 5 days to craft your high-quality carpet. Shipping (10-15 days): After production, your custom carpet will be shipped. Shipping typically takes 10 to 15 days, depending on your location. In total, you should expect to receive your customized carpet within 20 to 40 days. We appreciate your patience as we work to create something truly special for you and your pet!

FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
